the classic “your house is on fire! what are you gonna grab on your way out to safety” question. welp, since you already know that Im not much for many material possessions,I’d just grab my laptop and external hard drive. it has most of my life from the last 10 years or more on it,its easy to grab and light weight. I’d also grab this poster I got when I was in china, but I dont have a pic of it…..just use your imagination…..its awesome.

CHARN

the last few years Ive really learned to live without many material possessions.I’ve sold my DVD’s and CD’s (mainly ripping them to my mac) and I never really owned books.Im not really a “clothes” person.I have a couple of nice things to wear for nice occasions, and my closet mostly consists of t-shirts and blue jeans. So when I was asked what my most prized possession was I had top think about it. I have the best friends anyone could ask for. they are loyal, dependable, and we have a mutual love for each other in general.2 years ago some of my best friends recorded a cd with their band CHARN. being that I had a background in audio engineering and friendship they asked me to tag along with them to Omaha, NE to track their first disc with them. I learned a lot,had a lot of fun, got some good credit on the disc for my efforts, and the finished product turned out AMAZING. So, I would have to say that time in my life with something to show for in the end would have to be my most prized possession. I say this with a smirk on my face….cuz right now we are in New Ulm, MN tracking the sophomore record with the same group of guys, and even BETTER music. get your copy TODAY in the iTunes store.

My Saturday night

After a long week of work I’m trying something new. As I thrive on all things new and also feel the absolute exhaustion from a busy, yet lucritive day of work I’m taking the light rail to the mall of America. Solo. Having missed the first bus near my apartment and waiting nearly 50 min in this wonderful 25deg. Weather I finally made it downtown where I jumped on the mini-train headed south. No intentions. No plan. No end goal in sight. No problem.
